We are a professional beauty academy located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, established in 2002.
As an accredited centre of the Malaysian Department of Skill Development (JPK) and of the United Kingdom Confederation of International Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology (CIBTAC) & International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC), we provide internationally recognised qualifications in beauty therapy courses catering to all levels of expertise, from beginners to experienced therapists and consultants.
In 2013, we were promoted by JPK Malaysia to become an International Beauty Academy, enabling us to recruit candidates from around the world.
Today, we have successfully trained hundreds of beauty therapists, masseuses, and body spa owners, with a 0% unemployment record.
We believe that keys for success in life are confidence, hope & love, and that we can help educate & empower female entrepreneurs by implementing the proper systems to help them.
Our mission is to educate & produce all-rounded professional beauticians that are highly competent, ethical and resourceful.
Dr. Sallie Tan is the founder and the principal of the academy. She has been involved with the beauty industry for more than 30 years, operating with sheer passion, confidence, and love.
Trained with proficiency as a beautician, make-up artist, aroma therapist and manual lymphatic drainage therapist in Europe & USA, Dr. Sallie also graduated with an MBA from Preston University, and in 2005 she attained her Doctorate in Medical Science & Cosmetology from Berkeley International University.
Aside from academia training, her involvement also includes:

Diversifying her beauty therapy business through distributing beauty therapy equipments & machines
